2. The condition has been linked to heart diseases

3. Grey hair could be a sign of an autoimmune condition.
Also known as alopecia aeata, it is an skin disease that occurs when the immune system damages the hair follicles. According to Dr Day, normally the condition triggers grey hairs to appear after ravaging the hair follicles.
Chronic stress can be dangerous and devastating. Being stressed up can lead to grey hairs according to a report published in 2013. If you have noticed any grey hair, this could be a clear sign of stress. Talk to your doctor about it before the condition gets out of hand.
