Norma Mngoma, the spouse of Malusi Gigaba, scored a triumph in battling her capture a year ago on crimen injuria and malignant harms to property charges. Judge Cassin Sardiwalla requested that the choice by the Hawks to apply for her warrant of capture and the execution of the capture, was unlawful.
