Norma Mngoma, the spouse of Malusi Gigaba, scored a triumph in battling her capture a year ago on crimen injuria and malignant harms to property charges. Judge Cassin Sardiwalla requested that the choice by the Hawks to apply for her warrant of capture and the execution of the capture, was unlawful. He further arranged that the seizure of her electronic devices was unlawful and the Hawks are requested to restore all the data which they unlawfully eliminated and downloaded from her electronic hardware. She is expected to show up in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court on Friday in her criminal preliminary. It isn't clear at this stage how this request will affect on her criminal preliminary.
