An illegal Zimbabwean immigrant has been linked to the disappearance of 7 women in Limpopo.
The suspect allegedly lured the women by promising them jobs through social media. He was arrested for being in possession of a stolen cellphone but they then found out about the murders. The bodies were found dumped in the bush.
There has also been a woman in Polokwane who was on her way to work when the suspect abducted her and asked for R2500 randsom and said he would release the victim. Instead he stole all the money the victim had, withdrew her money from the bank and made the family pay randsom and then killed her anyway.
