This delicious juice of watermelon is about to become your ...
4 cups Sweet Watermelon (cubed, deseeded and chilled)
A pinch of Black Salt or Regular Salt
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
Few Ice cubes and Fresh Mint for serving
To begin with, cut the watermelon into quarters. Fill your blender with one-quarter of the watermelon. Cut the tops off four strawberries and place them in your blender. Combine thoroughly.
Blend in the remaining ingredients (sugar, water, and ice). Blend thoroughly. This yields two large glasses of juice.
A whole watermelon will yield approximately 8–12 servings, but you will need to add and mix these ingredients each time so that everything fits in your blender. Although we are still in the winter season, the days when the sun comes out and you feel like drinking something cold, don't hesitate to make your own watermelon juice. This is good for your own health. You can mix this with lemon. Share your opinion on this recipe.
