Kaizer Chiefs endured one of the most embarassing defeats this past weekend in the mercy of Royal AM. The 4-1 thrashing at the FNB Stadium on Saturday evening was one of their humiliating in recent times. On paper the Naturena based outfit were considered as clear favourites based on the quality of players they have at their disposal but it was not meant to be.
There has since been a lot of debates regarding if Stuart Baxter is really the right man to lead the Soweto giants. Still in the earlier stages of the current campaign Amakhosi have already suffered back to back defeats and managing to collect four points in four matches.
As expected Royal AM chairman Andile Mpisane was over the moon as the victory was their biggest in the top tier league. Andile Mpisane known to be one of richest young kids in South Africa has since went to celebrate their recent victory in style. The 20 year old has since went to splurge his cash on three ace of spades champagnes to celebrate the victory.
With Andile Mpisane known to be a lover of finer things in life, it is largely known that the champagnes did not come cheap. Out of curiosity we have since decided to investigate as to how much Royal AM's chairman Andile Mpisane might have spent on these three expensive champagnes.
According to one of the most trusted sources a similar bottle of the champagne, the Armand de Brignac Brut Gold Jeroboam is priced at R39 999. So it is safe to say that Andile Mpisane might have spent close to R120 000 to celebrate the victory over Kaizer Chiefs. If this is going to be a trend we can only wait in anticipation as to how will Andile Mpisane celebrate more victories in the near future.
