Orlando Pirates co-coach Mandla Ncikazi sends a positive message ahead of Soweto derby

Orlando Pirates co-coach Mandla Ncikazi believes the comeback win over Sekhukhune United has given his side confidence ahead of the Soweto Derby. The two Soweto giants face off in a highly-anticipated DStv Premiership encounter at FNB Stadium on Saturday.

Linda Mntambo and Kabelo Dlamini scored for Pirates to dramatically end their six-match winless streak."I am happy that we won today," Ncikazi said in a post-match interview. But you know these derbies, in such matches, there is no form, there is no history behind it.It depends on what happens on the day of the match.

Orlando Pirates are set to compete in the Soweto Derby against Kaizer Chiefs without captain, Happy Jele due to a long-term injury.

We really need a coach I don't understand why Mabaso finished the match, or why was he in the starting lineup and they bench King Monare today we played against a weak team but our performance was very poor.

The poor performance was caused of the tactics and personnel in the field of play, I don't know why they changed so many players from last week game cos we played well but couldn't score I wonder which Muti Mabaso uses cos he was a passenger the whole match but he is never substituted.

even if Chips is a weak team but I don't see us beating them if our coaches keeps on fielding their favourite players, I still don't understand why Peprah doesn't start the match,ja ne it's going to be a long trophy less season for us.
