Mwange joined United toward the beginning of the new season as a trade for Richard Ofori, who left the Team of Choice to join Orlando Pirates.
The Chipolopolo manager has since been supplanted by German goalminder Marcel Engelhardt at the Kwazulu-Natal-based outfit.
Maritzburg supervisor Quintin Jettoo has affirmed their settlement with Mwange.
"We have arrived at a settlement and he has returned to Zambia," Jettoo tells KickOff.com.
In the interim, as detailed by this distribution on Monday and a week ago, Keagan Buchanan's agreement with the club has for sure been ended and Pogiso Sanoka has left to join TS Galaxy.
"We might want to express gratitude toward Pogiso and Keagan for their administrations to the club over the two or three seasons," said club director Farook Kadodia on the club's true site.
"The two of them made important commitments for which we are thankful. We want the two players to enjoy all that life has to offer for their future professions."
