CAF and FIFA to make decision on a 'dubious' penalty given to Ghana

South Africa's 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign came to a heartbreaking end in Accra on Sunday after Hugo Broos' side fell to a narrow 1-0 defeat to Ghana.

The result saw both countries end the group stage on 13 points each and level on goal difference, which meant the Black Stars progressed by virtue of having scored seven goals to South Africa's six.

However, the biggest talking point from the match came midway through the first half when Senegalese referee Maguette Ndiaye controversially awarded Ghana a penalty.

I personally blame that rubbish called CAF how can they gave Senegalese officials a match knowing that Senegal will favor their western african country how can you namibia officials a game of south Africa knowing they are Sadec.

country they will give it to south africa we have matsepe as a president of that thing he was supposed to give the game to Egyptian or elgerian referee not that pussy from Senegal.

You guys complain too much . First it was the 13hrs journey to cape coast, then it came to the pitch, then food now the referee.

The reason is a fake penalty, This kills the moral of football anencouraging the criminality in football industry. Yes, we played bad, but doesn't mean we have to be robbed. Last more thing : we must be proud of our boys,
