SANDF Confiscate Illicit Cigarette Worth R700, 000 being Smuggled by a Somalian Man.

The effort of our security operatives is never a waste of time as we are beginning to record good number of arrest and confiscation of illicit materials which has affected our economy.

In a recent development, a Somalian spaza shop owner who specializes in smuggling Illicit cigarette product has landed in the custody of South African National Defence Force.

The man in question was conveying Illicit cigarette product worth R700, 000 in a Hummer bus when he ran out of luck and got arrested.

This was contained in a statement released by 'Advovolicious' on Twitter and it reads:

"South African National Defence Force members confiscated the illicit cigarettes valued at R700 000.00,owned by a Somalian spaza shop owner. These are the same cigarettes that are sold by Somalians in our townships."
