Assassinations are occuring more b more often in South Africa. It seems that any time someone wants to take out the competition, they resort to murder or hire someone to commit the murder for them. Now I have news of another tragic assassination that occured earlier today. All the details are down below as well as the implications of this situation.
The Murder that occured :
Earlier today RUSA (Reaction Unit South Africa) received calls about shots being fired in the Tongaat area. Naturally RUSA officers reacted quickly and without hesitation. They were flagged down by a taxi owner who told th about van that hit his Taxi and than drove down an embankment. RUSA located the vehicle and approached it. However they were already too late.
The Van was riddled with bullets and the driver was lying across the front seat. When the paramedics eventually arrived they announce him dead. As we can see from the images, the van was severely damaged from the crash down the embankment, which could have also played a part on the driver's death. However the bullet holes prove that this was an assassination and that whoever was after the driver wanted him dead.
What does this mean :
According to reports from RUSA, The victim was a fifty nine year d bus owner. While the motive for his murder is currently unknown, we can assume it had something to do with his world. Sadly more and more assassinations are occuring in South Africa everyday. This seems like a new wave of crime where criminals viciously take out the competition without even negotiating with them. Sadly, murder seems to be the first option on their minds. What do you think of these observations, tell me in the comments section and follow for more news as it happens.
