A Criminal Cases Which Involved 53 Military Vets Has Been Withdrawn By The Pretoria Magistrate Court

The Pretoria Magistrates Court has dismissed a criminal case in which 53 military veterans were accused of incarcerating two priests and an appointive officer.

The Public Prosecution Service reports that the case was dropped due to the accused's effective representations.

The allegations stem from an incident in October 2021 in which 26 individuals, including Thandi Modise, Thabang Makwetla, Minister of the Presidency Mondli Gungubele, and two guardians, were kept captive at the St. George's Hotel.

After the ANC fat cats were taken into custody, 53 military veterans were initially charged with conspiracy to commit capture and 26 charges of hijacking.

Carl Niehaus, a former representative of the Umkhonto Wesizwe Military Veterans Association, stated that war veterans should now sue the state for improper capture after the NPA declined to indict them.

The RET champion stated that a homicide case should be initiated against the state and private indictment should be sought due to the death of one MK pal.

"The cdes. who were persecuted for fasting and asked for their privileges at St. Georges are liberated! The NPA "refused to file charges."

Heartbreaking Cde. Ntsoaki passed away. The State should now be sued for improper capture, actual assault, and the murder of companion Ntsoaki "said Carl Niehaus.

The tactical veterans requested that the administration provide them with a one-time payment of R4 million per person for their participation in the independence struggle.

Pundits nonetheless persuade the tactical veterans that ANC allies are generally in need of cash, which explains why they are failing to seize territory.

"ANC members often require monetary compensation, so they cannot receive their land back," a social commentator explained.

The issue is President Cyril Ramaphosa, according to Carl Niehaus, and he should go down.

"The inquiry: What do those who keep the ANC in power actually believe? is justifiable. I am among those who believe the ANC should continue in power.

Nonetheless, we can legitimize this if we do all possible to ensure that Ramaphosa and the ANC NEC resign. They are destroying the ANC and our nation "he stated.
