Well, because it's a trend of fashion and everybody wants to jump into it and be involved at the moment. 

You saw ladies rocking bicker shorts I'm pretty sure, right? Now this is a trend in fashion.

You see a lady wearing a short biker immediately, blink your eyes.

Well, they were considered internal wear back in the days but how about today? Even some women bring them to the church

With the changes and time, and especially in the fashion industry, the world has changed. There have been dramatic changes in fashion industry and what might have been thought of as revealing the back is currently one of the best modes. 

The fashion industry has become a whole new level with many designers and designers and is now one of the richest branches in the world. 

They have always been at the forefront in making the industry grow with famous people who want to always seem unique and different.
