You can not speak about Venda without their excess love for their culture. The Venda people are one of the tribes that still obey and respect their culture passionately. As today is heritage day, I'm sure all over Venda people will be wearing their traditional attire and playing their music. It is sad that due to COVID-19 we cannot have social gatherings to celebrate our traditions.

As early as it is, the Venda princess, known as Makhadzi Muimbi, has started to cause a stir on social media with her traditional attire. Makhadzi is a venda musician who is well known all over the county for her beautiful music. She became famous after releasing her hit song called "Haka Matorokisi", which gained popularity even overseas. Other than her nourishing music, she’s well known for claiming to be the most beautiful girl in the world. She calls herself the venda queen. Through all that, she gained massive followers on social media.

Makhadzi is celebrating her heritage day with a unique outfit that caused a stir on social media. Many people on Heritage Day wear their own traditional attire to represent their own culture, but this time around, Makhadzi tried something different. She donned an outfit that represented the whole South African culture, nine African cultures in all. See her photos below:

After posting her photos, many people cheered and showed love and appreciation for her multi-cultural attire. This is beautiful because it shows that she doesn’t represent only the Venda language but the whole South Africa. See some of the comments from her post:

This outfit should be a national outfit. It should represent unity and love among South Africans. All leaders and public figures must have this outfit to show that language is just a means of communication but we are one. What do you think about this outfit? Isn’t it beautiful? Comment below and tell us your culture and which part of the outfit portrays your culture.
