Rondavel houses are not new. If you are coming from the villages or have ever visited in the rural areas you have seen them or experience a night or two in one of them. They have been main houses since the beginning of time. Back in the days they would just use mud bricks and grass for the roof. Things changed over time and so was the architectural designs. Most things got modernized.
These days rondavel houses are built in a way that they have almost everything that most modern house have. They use slates on them, sliding doors, pillars, and even tiled floor. they are few that have grass roof.
Coming to the specifications of this specific one. It has a lounge, kitchen, dining area and a bedroom. They used grass as for the roofing.
