Five questions you need to ask yourself today and change your life for the better

The first question you should ask yourself is what are the three things you are most grateful for in your life? Gratitude is the most powerful prayer, the more grateful you are the more blessings you receive. Normalize writing them down so it's hard to forget them.

The second question you should ask is what do you value most about yourself? Loving yourself is very important. How you view yourself plays a big role in how you treat yourself and others. Loving yourself means being kind, forgiving, and understanding yourself. 

The third question is who are the people that mean the most to you? Figure out who you care about and make sure they always know how you feel. Treat them well and if they meant well forgive them when they wrong you. Do your best to show them the best version of yourself.

The fourth question is how can you show those people you care about that you love them? Go an extra mile to show your loved ones you care, call the ones you haven't spoken to in a while, spend time with the ones in front of you and help them where you can. 

The last question is how can you make tomorrow better? Set goals each day and work towards fulfilling them. Make sure they are realistic and achievable. Take it one day at a time, don't use a single day to achieve a lifetime goal. Achieve your daily short-term goals and in a year, you would have covered your medium and even long-term goals. Remember to take things one step at a time.
