He said an international banking system deposited a huge sum of money with the Reserve Bank. The fund is an allegedly called BIS.
He further on went to tell the journalists that this fund did exist in fact but the reserve bank governor and the president did not get back to him when he wanted to do a thorough research into the fund, this came after he was accused of being scammed by several political figures.
He said the fund was meant for paying for free education and bullet trains as well as other major projects which help boost the economies of countries, but the fund has since been gone.
Many citizens of this country were laughing at do-it-yourself whale when he tried to help us by bringing the truth on the surface, but we turned our backs and in fact started laughing at him and making jokes about his state of mental health.
This is what people usually do when someone tries to give them good advice, they laugh at them not realizing that they're the ones who are meant to be laughed at.
