You DON'T want to rent in these rooms, see why many were left unimpressed by the layout of the flats

Rooms or Flats is a booming business whether, in the townships or subs, people are always out and about looking for a place to stay, rooms come in hand for people who relocate to another city maybe for a new job position, more especially if they not planning to stay for good in the city, they can just rent a room for time being and they are less expensive compare to a house bond.

One of the benefits of renting a home is that there are no maintenance costs or repair bills. This means that when you rent a property, your landlord assumes full responsibility for all maintenance, improvement, and repairs. If an appliance stops working or your roof starts to leak, you call the landlord, who is required to fix or replace it.

To have more clients to occupy your rooms they must be neat and secured, like this guy who went to advertise his rooms on social media. a guy by the name @DlalaChampion posted a picture on Twitter adverting his rooms and he captioned the post "Rooms available for rental, R3000 per month." his followers were not impressed by the layout of the building, based on the picture it is a two-story building looking clean but there is no staircase to take you to the second floor. his followers are concern that how would they get to the second floor, they can't use the stairs he placed it's not strong enough for people to climb it regularly.

His followers replied to the post, @Bra_Tseketse "So when I'm drunk I won't make it up" the landlord replied @DladlaChampion "Why are you so weak?"
