NPA restores debasement accusations against ANC Amathole provincial secretary

The African National Congress (ANC's) Amathole provincial secretary and no less than 17 co-denounced will be back in court one month from now after the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) restored charges against the blamed.

Thembalethu "Teris" Ntutu and their co-blamed are accused of defilement for up to R24 million.

"There were 27 charges connecting with the agreements adding up to R24 million that were unpredictably granted by Nxumalo neighborhood district to two organizations was struck off the roll the year before. Endeavors by the State to re-select the matter were baffled in April when the blamed, Ntutu, tested the request served on them on a detail" said NPA representative, Luxolo Tyali.
