Sad news-Zondo dismisses Arthur Fraser’s application

T previous Correctional Services magistrate recently guaranteed that he was never allowed an opportunity to give proof before Zondo

The director of the Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, has excused the utilization of previous Correctional Services magistrate Arthur Fraser to interrogate specific observers.

Zondo versus Fraser

In October, Fraser asserted in a letter that he was never allowed an opportunity to give proof before Zondo to shield himself against witnesses who had involved him at the commission.

"The way that in three and a half years, Deputy Chief Justice Zondo didn't track down a day for me to affirm, shows his absence of fairness," composed Fraser on why Zondo ought not be selected as Chief Justice.

The commission, be that as it may, rubbished his cases and said Fraser had been the person who never approached notwithstanding open solicitations by the commission between February 2018 and 2020.

It brought up that they reached Fraser's lawyer in August last year following his explanations that he would reveal insider facts about presidents and judges.
