Former Bosassa COO Angelo Agrizzi's lawyers says that his client is in no condition to attend his corruption case due to ill health. The Johannesburg specialised commercial crimes court head Agrizzi's bill has gone over to R 3 million.
Now of course Agrizzi blew the whistle on the state capture comission on the facilities manager to his alledged shady dealings.
The court has heard very comprehensive details about Agrizzi health. He was not able to come to court since he is high risk in light of Covid-19
But his lawyers says that he is still committed to have a trial. His main problems besides other medical conditions with his health problems also have to do with respiratory problems and chronic.
