Some ANC members protest at Luthuli House against the DJ, popular music producer

The a popular music producer is accused by some of ANC branches from one of the Gauteng's municipalities of manipulating local government candidates' list to purge those he does not agree with . The ANC branches came to Luthuli House to march and protested against the DJ. The former President

Kgalema Motlanthe and the committee have to intervene and correct the mess that was caused by the DJ which is Thembinkosi “TK” Nciza. They want the list the be redone. The members mock him by calling him DJ because of TS Records record label he owned together with DJ Sbu and discovered Zahara.

“We as members of the ANC in Ekurhuleni, on November 15 2021, decided on our own accord to flag our discomfort with the manner in which the LGE 2021 ANC guidelines were manipulated and tampered with by the regional secretary Thembinkosi Nciza. The process was undemocratic through the influence of the regional secretary, the DJ. We have all witnessed how difficult it was for the ANC to win their strongest wards and lost wards as a results of the shenanigans by the regional secretary.” said Mahlosane, reading from their memorandum of grievances.

They want Ncisa to go back to his TS Records. It is understood that Zahara's former boss have removed some of comrades' names from the list and they want them to be reinstated without delay
