Lasizwe Burst Into Tears Live After Being Accused Of Doing This

Lasizwe has landed on fire today after being dragged on social media by people who want transparency from him about the initiative that he ran from the beginning of the year.

We have seen a lot of students riots and strikes in the past few years that were perpetrated by the lack of financial help from the different government organisations.

NSFAS is one of the organisations that is run by the government but it seems like there are always internal problems that the organisation face every year. This leads to a shortage of financial availability to a lot of students which then means that other students end up not having financial assistance.

There were riots again this year from different universities whereby students were asking that those who are owing universities must be allowed to register. One would remember the incident that occurred just near Wits University whereby a person was killed during an altercation between students and police in Johannesburg.

Lasizwe and Sibu Mabena ran a fundraising scheme under #R10goesalongway whereby they were asking for help from South Africans to donate only R10 to help those struggling students.

Lasizwe also called his celebrity collogues such as the likes of Mohale, Jessica Nkosi and Major League Djz to name a few who really assisted in terms of fundraising as well.

Lasizwe managed to raise up to 2 Million rands but the issue is that he did not update people in terms of which students were assisted by this money and this has been the main issue.

Lasizwe today took to his social media accounts whereby he addressed few things including the following;

1. Lasizwe mentioned that he appreciates all the people who came through for the students and assisted where they could assist.

2. He mentioned that because they were doing this for the first time and knowing the corruption that is taking place in the country they decided not to conduct the operation themselves. He said that they sent all the money to FUNDI which is an organisation that deals with student financing in the country.

3. Lasizwe also requested that those students who received the money to come up and show proof that they receive the money just to prove people wrong.
