Chitando claimed that before a lawsuit was filed against Home Affairs, the Zimbabwe exemption permit holders association made several attempt to reach out to the Minister of Home Affairs before a decision was taken. He also added that the claim made by Me Motsoaledi was false whole reassuring ZEP holders that Dr Motsoaledi was just served a replying paper this week. He went further to state that the only organization that has withdrawn from the matter is African Aminity due to a whole lot of xenophobic intimidation targeted at the leaders of the organization.
