The National Prosecuting Authority's Investigating Directorate (ID) representative Sindisiwe Seboka said the court stretched out the limitation to March 16, 2022.
In July, ahead of Islandsite, Ronica Ragavan, recruited her own legal advisors and documented an application restricting the limitation request.
