People noticed something disturbing as 'ANC' crowd protested outside court

The Mpumalanga MEC who was fired following allegations of murder was back in court on Wednesday. Mandla Msibi faces two counts of murder and one of attempted murder. He was fired by Premier of the province, Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane on Tuesday. His axing comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa had ordered him to immediately step aside.

During both his court appearances, crowds of his supporters were outside the Nelspruit Magistrate's Court, protesting. His supporters believe that his arrest is politically motivated. They want him freed immediately. As the protestors were chanting outside the court, people couldn't help noticing that they were all wearing new ANC Tshirts. According to public opinion, the new Tshirts are a sign that the crowd has been rented. Chances are the people who are screaming their lungs out don't even know the Msibi they are defending.

These scenes where scores of people are supporting politicians who have allegedly committed serious crimes such as assault, murder, fraud and corruption make me understand that indeed their leaders were voted by the same constituency which tolerate criminality. We are living in a sick state. Msibi allegedly shot, wounded and killed people! It was a deliberate act with intent, so how can his arrest be politically motivated when the man deliberately broke the law. This tendency of ANC members going to courts to toyi toyi in support of charged ANC criminals is just disturbing. Shouldn't they be marching in support of the victims families of these two people allegedly killed by Msibi?

Msibi has been publicly thuggish and now people have guts to defend him. Just three months ago, the axed MEC said threatened to "put a bullet in the forehead of a person that wants to disrupt the government". Msibi told the residents in public during the July unrest that took place in KZN & GP while protecting outlets in Mpumalanga in his region. But now "rented crowds" are defending him! What are your thoughts on this behaviour?

Meanwhile, the court proceedings had to be adjourned when Msibi appeared for his bail application on Wednesday. According to media reports, there was a bomb scare at the court.
