ANC waited for King Goodwill Zwelithini to die so that they can dismantle Ingonyama trust

Today; the Pietermaritzburg judgment by Justice Madondo was about how the INgonyama Trust Board distribute or allocates land to people living under INgonyama Land.

It is important to mentioned this, before 1994, there was Bantu administration Act 1969. According to this act, people were allocated land and given a bantu tittle deed called PTO (permission to occupy).

The PTO was an inferior useless tittle deed and as a result for commercial, agriculture and residential purposes, banks were not recognizing it to obtain financial resources.

Secondly, people in bantu land were not secured. They were abused and evicted (ukudingiswa) by headmen (izinduna) arbitrarily. Hence banks were or are scared to borrow people money using land as collateral.

I'm very saddened by the celebration of black people the judgement handed down on the @IngonyamaTrust land lease I now understand why Zuma hated clever blacks who are very stupid it can you celebrate victory for white capitalist

However some thing that Ingonyama Trust is as fraudulent as BBE tenders & other outsourcing that have been used as a golden goose by ANC mafia. We have no government but mafia cartel.
