Zim Permit Holders File Court Papers Asking For Permanent Residence For 200,000 Zimbabweans

The situation in these African countries is serious, because if you look at the problems that have been encountered throughout the years you realize that it is just very unfortunate that the situation has turned the way that it has.

Zimbabwe Exemption Permit Holders have filed court papers asking the Gauteng High Court to grant permanent residence to roughly 200 000 Zimbabwe Exemption Permit holders, it is only natural that they want permanent residence in South Africa because their Zim permit will be scrapped.

But is South Africa he best option or the netter of the two, because now we are experiencing periods of load shedding that are very devastating for the general public to such an extent. Where many people just want the situation to be fixed, because it has gotten out of hand and it is very unfortunate that this is the reality of what they are experiencing.

Right now South Africa is deteriorating in such a manner that it has become increasingly concerning for the members of the public who are hoping that the situation can be changed quickly to fix the country, because this is definitely something that we don't want.

The Zimbabwe Exemption Permit system, which allows Zimbabweans to work in SA, was suspended, this has unfortunately made things very difficult for the people of that country creating a very unreal situation where they are supposed to now go back to their home countries.

The South African government tried to give permit holders more time to apply for other permits or else face deportation or voluntary repatriation to Zimbabwe, but it is not so simple because there are serious requirements that have to be met in order to ensure that the law is followed properly.

We have a serious situation in this could try that has to be fixed before things get out of hand, unfortunately some people will be disadvantaged.
