Mthokozisi Ntumba’s family claims more than R56 million from the state, some people are saying that the amount isn’t nearly enough to compensate the family for his death because they took him while he was still young and fresh out of varsity.
And they asked the court to order an education fund his children who were affected by police brutality, it is incredibly concerning why so many police officers end up getting sued because they shoot people for no reason.
There’s no amount of money you can ever place on never seeing your loved one again. Not even R100 million would be enough, and as ordinary members of the public we understand that greatly. It is believed that they'll be able to win this court case despite whatever they can be able to bring forward, the video evidence was seen by the public and there is no denying what happened there.
