CAPE TOWN - The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said it would go against bail in the following court appearance of a Piketberg cop, who is denounced killing his sweetheart.
It's supposed Richard Smit shot and killed Natasha Booise last Sunday.
The 35-year-old showed up under the watchful eye of the Piketberg Magistrates court, in the Western Cape, on Friday morning.
He deals with indictments of homicide, endeavored murder and releasing a gun in a civil region.
He purportedly shot Booise before her 11-year-old child just as other relatives.
NPA representative Eric Ntabazalila said more charges were probably going to be added as the examination unfurled.
"His case has been delayed to 13 January 2022 for a proper bail application; the State will go against bail".The post has been circulating on the facebook social media platform which serves the purpose of informing the public about the daily news happening both locally and globally all over the world.
