OPINION| The ANC marching against illegal immigrants is exactly what operation dudula was doing

The Legal Practice Act states that a person may only practise as a legal practitioner if he or she is admitted and enrolled to practise as such in terms of this act, and that the High Court must admit to practise and authorise to be enrolled as a legal practitioner, conveyancer or notary or any person who, upon application, satisfies the court that he or she is a South African citizen or permanent resident in the republicThe Constitutional Court which is the apex Court in South Africa has overturned a ruling that declared the act unconstitutional after a group of foreign nationals were fighting to be admitted as legal practitioners in South Africa, they had completed their qualifications and subsequent articles in the country the ConCourt went on to say this, South Africa as a sovereign state has an obligation to protect the interests of its citizens it has entrenched the rights of its citizens to choose their trade, occupation or profession freely through section 22 of the Constitution

South Africa has laws, no way can a governing party be protesting against illegal immigrants it is an embarrassment, because the vacuum has opened for the likes of Operation Dudula, and parties like the Patriotic Alliance to be the ones that have been fighting against this, this they have been doing despite some in the ruling party who have been calling them vigilantes. Now they all acknowledge that what Nhlanhla Lux was doing by putting South Africans first is the right thing to do, what makes me upset is that in South Africa they wait for bad things happen then they take actions enough is enough with incompetence. So If it was not because of the Krugersdorp incident they were not going to say anything about illegal foreign nationals and those illegal mines ?
