The JCAC Has Ordered Mogoeng To Apologize

JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Conduct Appeals Committee (JCAC) on Thursday coordinated previous Chief Justice Mogoeng to apologize for his remarks in regards to the Israeli/Palestinian clash.

The advisory group likewise affirmed a previous observing that Mogoeng had penetrated a segment of the Judicial Code of Conduct by engaging in a political contention.
