The High Court in Pretoria has saved the choice to put previous president Jacob Zuma on clinical parole.

The court pronounced previous Correctional Services chief Arthur Fraser's move 'unlawful'.

The division has been requested to arrest Zuma back for him to continue carrying out his 15-month punishment.

In its judgment, the court says the time Zuma spent released early not be considered time filled in as a feature of the first sentence.

Restorative Services says it needs an ideal opportunity to concentrate on the judgment.

The High Court in Pretoria will hear the test to previous President Jacob Zuma's clinical parole.

It's being brought by the DA, AfriForum and the Helen Suzman Foundation.

They need the parole audited and put away.

Zuma was conceded clinical parole in September for his two-year hatred sentence.
