EFF Leader Julius Malema and CCT member Mbuyiseni Ndlozi are back at the Randburg Magistrate’s court this morning facing charges of assault when they were entering the Fourways memorial park during Mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s funeral.
The two comrades manhandled the white police officer who tried to stop them to enter the memorial service of Winnie Mandela. It is not yet known on why they were being chased away from laying their beloved mother of the nation to her last rest . Julius Malema however said that the apartheid was still looming amongst themselves as blacks as well as white people .
Supporters of the EFF are already out on streets and other making their wait to the magistrate court where Malema and Mbuyiseni will appear. Support from EEF believes that the two had not done anything wrong and therefore the case should just be thrown away . One person made a comment to say “The Eff leader faces several charges, including that of discharging a firearm in public, but he seems nonchalant about that. Next he'll b using, like one resident of Nkandla, the discredited n unsubstantiated line that all charges are politically motivated”.
The case has been dragging for too long now and people just want the magistrate to give them their verdict. I believe they will not be charged with anything but their lawyers will somehow find a way to protect them . Malema has so much influence now and I believe he will exhaust all resources in order to get them out of that hole .
It is tough for them now but they will prosper. Let’s wish them well in their case and hope for the best outcome in the end . Please share comments, likes and also follow me for more updates.
