Everything going on in this country shows it's highly likely we've never had a Judiciary for many years. We have never seen such incompetence; Judges so compromised, so emotional. It's concerning and embarrassing because we expect Judges to have high morals and be ethical.
Not only do we have some emotional people in Government, Judiciary and Law enforcement but they've abused citizens, broke the law, violated people's rights and none of them have resigned. They don't have a conscience, admitted they were wrong and apologised for their misconduct. What's dangerous with pleasing politicians or controlled by them. At the end of the day they don't have anything to lose, they'll just move to other Gov portfolios. You, on the other hand, will be a Judge that lost integrity, prosecutor that faces lawsuits or lose your job. President Jacob Zuma yesterday showed everyone what they need to do when their personal and confidential information gets leaked to the media by members of the law enforcement. Open a case with the police, use the Acts and sections he used. Sue
President Jacob Zuma wrote public statements expressing his views about what he felt was misconduct by DCJ Zondo and the Commission. The Commission issued statements responding to Zuma's public statements. Even the Concourt referred to Zuma's public statements.
How much money is the state trying to recoup from Jacob Zuma on Arms Deal case? How much money has the state already forfeited on this case? Learned people must just accept that Zuma dribbled them and lay the matter to rest. At this stage, they know custodial sentence is impossible.
"When President Zuma learnt about the unlawful leaking of his confidential medical records in August; he reported the matter to the current President (Ramaphosa) but nothing was done; had the President took action, we wouldn't be here to open a criminal case" ~ Mzwanele Manyi
