The previous cop has been condemned to six life terms in jail for the killings of five relatives and her previous sweetheart, Maurice Mabasa, so she could take advantage of protection arrangements worth almost R1.4 million.
Giving over a sentence in the High Court sitting in Palm Ridge, the appointed authority said he didn't really accept that the indicted chronic executioner was a contender for restoration.
Excusing the application for a pass-on to pursue, Monama said no other court would arrive at an alternate resolution.
Prior crime analyst, Elmarie Myburgh affirmed that Ndlovu was delegated a chronic executioner.
"She has never shown any regret for the wrongdoings and accordingly, she shows no sympathy for their families."
Ndlovu was likewise condemned to five years in jail for overcoming the closures of equity, 10 years for every one of four counts of misrepresentation, an additional 10 years each for seven counts of induction to submit murder, and 10 extra years for the endeavored murder of her mom.
The sentences will run simultaneously.
