The case of Malema and the policeman who denied him entry at funeral of Mama Winnie is back at court

The leader of the EFF Julius Malema has been in and out of court since 2018. Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi will be appearing before the Randburg Magistrate Court on Monday 6 December.

This matter is in relation to the police officer who is believed to have tried to stop Julius Malema from entering in to the final resting place of Mama Winnie Mandela. We know that Malema was basically raised by Mama Winnie Mandela in the movement of the ANC and even after he was fired from the ANC and went ahead to form his party, he was on good terms with Mama Winnie Mandela. They would go to her from time to time to seek advice.

Even now we have continued to see how the EFF keeps the legacy of Mama Winnie Mandela but we know that some people are saying that Mama Winnie was in the ANC when she died and not the EFF and as such, it should be the ANC that should continue her legacy.
