It dropped a long time ago that is why criminals are given bail and parole then you hear people saying it's their democratic right in the end victims are over looked. This country is just a mafia state imagine if they can arrest the whole advocate while presenting on a case being watched on live television, arrest with no valid papers, what about us the poor citizens it is not dropping but it dropped long ago. Murderers get R800 bail, the next day they are walking on the streets committing more violent crimes, this justice system is a disappointment
There are those who never loses cases and those who never win cases in South Africa and it is true that we don't have faith in our justice system, it favours the wealthy and perpetrators can you really put your confidence in Raymond Zondo? during the JSC interview process Raymond said there is a pending Zondo recusal court application, but Mr Zuma has already been sentenced without a trial seems our judiciary has personal agendas, lady justice has eyes these days
