Mafe's legal advisor, Advocate Dali Mpofu, has addressed how the State could accuse him of illegal intimidation and simultaneously question his condition of emotional well-being.
Judge President John Hlophe has decided Mafe that ought to be let out of the Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital first thing on Wednesday morning.
"... he be set in a typical remedial office and removed from Valkenberg. That request was made inappropriately and unlawfully," Hlophe said.
His bail hearing will be heard at the Cape Town Regional Court on Saturday subject to additional meeting between the gatherings.
Mafe, through his lawful group, said that nothing bad could really be said about with him and he ought to be delivered on bail.
