Here Is Why Mafe Will Be Released

CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape High Court has requested that supposed Parliament torchist, Zandile Christmas Mafe, be let out of Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital.


Mafe was conceded to the office last Thursday after a region specialist determined him to have distrustful schizophrenia and suggested that he be conceded for a 30-day mental evaluation.


The 49-year-old, who's presently contracted COVID-19 and is in confinement for eight to 10 days, has been blamed for setting Parliament land recently and faces a large number of charges, including that of pyromania and psychological warfare.


Mafe's legal advisor, Advocate Dali Mpofu, has addressed how the State could accuse him of illegal intimidation and simultaneously question his condition of emotional well-being.


Judge President John Hlophe has decided Mafe that ought to be let out of the Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital first thing on Wednesday morning.


"... he be set in a typical remedial office and removed from Valkenberg. That request was made inappropriately and unlawfully," Hlophe said.


His bail hearing will be heard at the Cape Town Regional Court on Saturday subject to additional meeting between the gatherings.


Mafe, through his lawful group, said that nothing bad could really be said about with him and he ought to be delivered on bail.
