Tshepo Motsepe is a South African physician and businesswoman who was born on June 17, 1953. As the wife of South Africa's President, Cyril Ramaphosa, she is the country's First Lady. Bridgette Radebe is her older sister, and Patrice Motsepe is her brother.

Tshepo Motsepe earned her medical degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and her master's degree in public health from the Harvard School of Public Health. She graduated from the Gordon Institute of Business Science's Social Entrepreneurship Certificate Program (SECP) in 2012. She currently serves as the chair of the African Self-Help Trust (ASHA Trust), which focuses on early childhood development and education.

 She worked in both public and private practice in Mmakau, Mahikeng, Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Zimbabwe. She was previously the Reproductive Health Research Institute's Deputy Director.

Motsepe is married to President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa, with whom she has four children. Ramaphosa's third wife is Motsepe. She has lost her father, Chief Augustine Butana Chaane Motsepe, who is deceased, as is her brother, mining mogul Patrice Motsepe, and her sister, Bridgette Radebe, wife of African National Congress (ANC) politician and former Minister of Energy, Jeff Radebe.
