Some of us lived off this meal in earlier years of ours lives, this meal was easily accessible, cheap and quick to cook and it also tasted delicious and still is of course. They call this meal pap and madande but the seshebo can be called by other names depending on the tribe.
This green slimy might be cheap but it also holds some great health benefits. In the English language it is known as okra and here is why you should be eating it more.
Okra is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants that help reduce the risk of serious health conditions like cancer, diabetes, stroke, and heart disease. Okra is also a good source of: Magnesium. Folate. Which folate in particular is beneficial especially for pregnant women.
While okra can be cooked it can also be made into a drink, all you need is just water and slice it in small pieces and here you go a healthy drink.
