Foods you can eat for a healthy prostate.

The prostate's primary function is to produce the fluid that nourishes and transports sperm (seminal fluid). As you can see the prostate is an important organ in the male's body especially reproduction its important that it is healthy in order to do it's function.

In this article we will go through some of the foods any men can eat in order to have a healthy prostate.

1. Tomatoes. These are hydrating and are high in vitamin c.

2. Onions and garlic. Use them as usual to keep your prostate healthy.

3. Green tea. A hot cup will be great in this winter cold and will come with all the amazing health benefits.

4. Broccoli. This is a great superfood, it is good for your heart, digestive system as well as your prostate.

5. Avocados. This food is currently in season and can be eaten with bread or salads.
