There are so many vaccines that have been around for many years, however, due to corona virus; people are now becoming particularly interested in vaccine(s) because it has since became apparent that people will have to have be vaccinated in order to be protected against this corona virus. There is ongoing debate about vaccines and vaccination across not only in South Africa, but across the world.
Some people have reservations when it comes to vaccinated. And sometimes, people's fear of being vaccinated is caused by lack of knowledge. One of top scientist has taken to Twitter to share various efficacies of different vaccines that are in existence. The scientist informed his readers that nothing is 100%.
The said scientist posted the following on his official Twitter account:

Many things can be said and written about vaccines however And many things can said and written about vaccines, however what is generally known by most people is that Vaccines train our immune systems to create proteins that fight disease, known as ‘antibodies’, just as would happen when we are exposed to a disease. Vaccinated people are protected from getting the disease in question and passing on the pathogen, breaking any chains of transmission.
