Meet the young man who was born with no legs, yet became a wrestler

Zion Clark, 22, was born without legs in Ohio and ended up being fostered. This did not prevent him from achieving his objective of becoming a professional wrestler.

Born with a genetic disorder known as a syndrome of caudal regression that affects the development of the lower part of the body. The cause is different for each individual and affects one fifth of every 100,000 births.

When Zion was born, after she gave birth to him, his mother who had him in jail, left him. He was placed in an orphanage and went from home to home because of his illness nobody was ready to take him permanently.

Often Zion beat him physically and psychologically and was mocked by his circumstances. Often he was not given food and was thus hungry several times. But Zion did not give up all of these troubles but remained strong and confident in God to change things one day.

One day a teacher introduced him to wrestling at elementary school, but it was difficult to win matches due to his condition. But that did not stop Zion from giving up but trained him harder during his school years and he started winning some matches.

He was finally adopted at the age of 17 years. And while he has no legs, Zion is also interested in lifting weights, wheelchair bodybuilding and wheelchairs. And now he strives to enter the next Olympic Games with confidence, passion and hard work.
