Kenneth Meshoe says that Ramaphosa should be given a piece of advice and this is what he said

President Cyril Ramaphosa seems to be ready to make vaccine mandatory but according to the Constitution of this country, he can not just make a decions on his own.

Ramaphosa was addressing the nation on Sunday following the meeting that he had with the Corona Virus Command Council on Saturday, as they discussed the country response to the Covid-19 pandemic after the discovery of the new variant.

President Ramaphosa said that the country will ramain on lockdown level 1 amid the anticipation that he was going to close the country. However he said that if the number of cases continue to rise, Covid-19 vaccine might be made manadory but this matter is still under discussions.

ACDP leader Kenneth Meshoe gives Ramaphosa a piece of advice. He says hat Ramaphosa is not above law and he should be reminded of that.

"By law, a policy of mandatory vaccinations can not be implemented by govt until parliament has dealt with the matter. President Cyril Ramaphosa should be reminded that he is neither above the law nor he is above the SA constitution"

The issue of vaccine mandatory will really divide the people of this country. There are those who says that it is right and there are those who are against it.
