Dr Phophi Ramathuba allegedly said, no clinic should demand masks

MEC FOR HEALTH, PHOPHI SAYS NO CLINICS SHOULD DEMAND MASKS. 

MEC for Health Department in Limpopo, Dr Phophi Ramathuba has distanced herself from local clinics which demand masks at gate entrances.

Phophi Ramathuba says that there are clinics management who are involved in the selling of masks.

She says according to the regulations by the President Cyril Ramaphosa the wearing masks have been suspended. 

This comes after she has visited Rethabile clinic in Polokwane on 17 January 2023.

We thank God that Dr Phophi Ramathuba has decided to address this matter. It was really starting to be annoying, people were still not allowed to access the Clinical Services without masks, not just the patience but even if a person wants to visit a relative who works at the clinic, they would demand a mask. Sometimes some clinics they are very far from the shops, a person would be very desperate to get that. At least now it's clear, all thanks to our MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba for addressing the elephant in the room.
