As the president had place the country on another level 4, 14 days lockdown the results after these 14 days are now in.
The President has stated that the new wave is much stronger than the one before since the new variant is now much stronger than before.

Until 25th of July these are the things that are expected to remain in place as said by the President.
Gathering of religion purposes and family gathering will remain closed under the restriction as given before.
Curfew will remain from 9 to 4 with the sales of alochol still banned under alert level four.
Schools remain closed until 26 July as they were expected to open on the 19th they have now been extended.
Restaurants are allowed to have sit ins and take away but rules and regulations must be adhered to with the social distancing and the wearing of masks. Which will only be taken off when eating.
Areas that have had an extension or an increase in the number of infections apart from Gauteng it's the Western Cape,Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and the Eastern Cape have the most increased numbers of infections.
This lockdown was prompted by the increase in the number of infected in Gauteng. This lockdown has now been extended by two weeks which is another 14 days.
