The best way to grow your hips without any surgery is exercise. Not only is exercise good for your body but it is good for your health in other aspects as well.

In order to do this you need to believe you yourself and be consistent and set a goal.

1. Squats

Squats are the most effective way to widen hips because they work on the core muscles surrounding that area. To see results you need to do at least 100 squats per day full stop and once you are able to do this comfortable you can add on and do as many squats as you would like.

2.Planks.

The plank will help tighten and flatten your stomach area this will give an illusion that your body is fit and it will take the attention away from your tummy area. The plank is very difficult but it is also effective.
