For the past month, there has been a continuous decrease in the number of positive Corona Virus cases in South Africa.
There has also been an increase in the number of people going to get vaccinated in order to protect themselves.
A total of 2783 positive cases were recored and 155 covid 19 related deaths on the 23rd of September 2021.
It is important for people to keep in mind that in order to keep the numbers down, covid 19 protocols must be observed.
Even though the numbers are continously decreasing this does not mean that the virus is no longer there, people still ought to be careful.
If numbers continue decreasing, there is a high possibility that the country will be moved to level 1 lockdown and most things will be back functioning like usual.
Remember to stay safe, practice social distancing, wash and sanitise your hands regularly and always keep your face mask on at all times.
