"Don't you think this is taking things too far?" One asks after seeing an avocado smoothie.

The avocado one of my personal favorite fruit as it has many health benefits. Avocados are high in fat with 60 per cent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure. They are also an excellent source of potassium, folate and fibre, all of which benefit the heart and cardiovascular system.

Nowadays smoothies are being made from avocados. One gentleman who probably felt grossed out by the idea asked if making a smoothie out of an avocado was not taking things too far?

There is a lot inheard about avacado. Some said it makes men better in bed some said it helps to put on weight some said it help you loose weight. Avacado do helps you in lot of ways some of which i will try to put in simple words as i know them

People need to understand that the Avacado has got some fat that is a friendly fat and thus you have fats for your eenery needs and you dont eat much.

As we know now it gives you good fat so the body does not use the carbs which is another form of sugar. Hence blood sugar is maintained.

Another good thing about this good fat is that they help in absorbing vitamin. Vitamins are of two kind fat soluble and water soluble

Other benefits include helping in enhancing skin, improving vision, helping to strength bones, keeping heart healthy and best prevents cancer
