NOSE PICKING.

This is what alot of people do and never think it can harm anyone in a bad way.Picking your nose is very unhealthy and can land you in the hospital. When you touch various things with your hands which may contain bacteria and viruses. You take the same finger in your nose. You make your body more prone to infections.


BEING NEGATIVE

There is nothing annoying as someone who is negative ,stop living with negativity it can impact your health and the health of people around you.If you are always negative people are not going to want to be around you because they will notice how much you tend to bring them down ,never stop being a good person because of bad people.


WEARING EARPHONES FOR MANY HOURS.I know Music sounds good when you put your headphone but wearing headphones for too long can affect your hearing .The louder the sound, the stronger the vibrations. If you continue to listen to music that is too loud , the hair cells lose their sensitivity and may not recover .This can lead to hearing damage. The damage can be permanent.Headphone should never be turned up past 60% of the maximum volume. Listen to much noise can cause,hearing loss ,Dizziness,Ear infection,Excessive ear wax ,Pain in the ears and can affect your brain.


BEING A COUCH POTATO.


This is a problem that many people are not aware they facing.Being a couch potato is to seat on the couch for too long ,also eat more junk food.Exercise less ,Study less ,have fewer friend .People who are couch potato are likely to be overweight,depressed ,have cardiovascular diseases .To escape this you can set goals what you can do .Instead of sitting and watching a TV for too long.


SLEEPING WITH YOUR MAKEUP ON.Sleeping with your makeup can damage the most sensitive areas of your face,Your eyes .Makeup can trap dirt and environmental pollutants inside the skin and this type of environmental stress can result in increase free radicals when can cause DNA mutations. It can results in premature aging .The skin receives less oxygen it needs if you sleep with makeup on.
